We are located inside the Grove City Business Center. Please use the map below for driving directions.
Free street parking is available as well as a parking lot located behind the building.
Please note, if your appointment is scheduled when the main entrance is open, please use the front entrance and sign in at the kiosk. If your appointment is scheduled when the main entrance is closed, please use the QR code at the back entrance to let your clinician know you have arrived or sign in with your text link.
